Moral of the Telugu short story: నీతి: బాగా అలోచించి గాని అడుగు ముందుకి వెయ్యరాదు, తొందరపాటు ప్రమాదకరం.

Day-7 Class 3-5 We Love Reading: English Story: The Bear and Two Friends

The Bear and the Two Friends:

Once upon a time, two friends, a deer and a lion, were walking through the forest when they stumbled upon a large pile of honey. As they were both quite hungry, they decided to enjoy the honey together.

However, just as they were about to start eating, a bear appeared and demanded that they share the honey with him. The deer and lion, not wanting to start a fight, agreed to share the honey with the bear.

The bear, however, was greedy and didn’t want to share the honey equally. He demanded that he get the lion’s share and threatened to attack them if they refused.

The deer, not wanting his friend to get hurt, suggested a plan. He offered to go into the forest and find some food for the bear, while the lion would stay behind and guard the honey.

The bear agreed to the plan, and the deer went into the forest to find food. However, the deer did not return, and the lion began to worry.

After a few hours, the deer returned with a basket full of fruit and vegetables. The bear was happy with the food and allowed the lion to keep his share of the honey.

The lion and the deer were happy that they could enjoy the honey together without letting greed get in the way of their friendship. They learned that true friendship is about sharing and caring for each other, and that it is important to always look out for each other’s best interests.

The bear, on the other hand, learned that greed can lead to loneliness and mistrust. He realized that he had lost the chance to make new friends by being too focused on his own desires.

From that day on, the bear began to change his ways and became a more generous and caring creature. The lion and the deer welcomed him as a new friend, and they all lived happily ever after.

The moral of the story is that we should never let greed get in the way of our friendships. True friends are willing to share and help each other, and they put the needs of their friends before their own desires.
